To use this tool you must have an Account Reference, a SOP number and a Shared Secret.

You only need to enter the numeric part of the SOP number - i.e. 1234 not SOP1234

Please note that as of October 29th 2009, the cost of purchasing an additional 4Gb of capacity is £5 including VAT. There are no longer any free bandwidth extensions - If you believe that you have hit your bandwidth limit prematurely, do not buy more - please contact us.
